*Delivery to a relay point (Shop2Shop, Mondial Relay)
You must indicate the name and address of a relay point on this page (⬇️at the bottom of the basket⬇️)!
If you have forgotten, don't panic, you can also do it via the messaging at the bottom right, and in the worst case, we will contact you by email or text!
once the order has been processed on our side (we do this manually to offer the best shipping costs from the first figurine purchased),
you will receive a tracking number by email!
Your package will then be shipped within 24 to 48 hours and you will be notified by SMS or email as soon as it is available for collection in store!
PS: THE TIME TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE FROM A RELAY POINT IS 7 DAYS, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO US THEDAY 8!
